Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and services offered by Kitchen Studio LLP, Pune.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

Before Invoice Generation:

• Customers may cancel the order before invoice generation without any cancellation charges.

After Invoice Generation but Before Installation:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of invoice issuance.

• Any applicable administrative or processing charges may be deducted.

After Product Dispatch or Installation:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched or installed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defect confirmed by brand/company

• Product damaged before installation (reported immediately)

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect model selection by customer

• Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality

• Damage due to improper usage

• Electrical or voltage-related damage

3. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted via call or email.

• Refund eligibility will be verified by our team.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be issued via original mode of payment or bank transfer.

4. Warranty Claims

All chimneys sold by Kitchen Studio LLP come with manufacturer warranty.

• Warranty claims must be raised directly with the respective brand service center.

• We assist customers in coordinating with brand service teams when required.

• Warranty terms are governed by the manufacturer.

5. Installation-Related Issues

If there is any issue related to installation:

• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of installation.

• We will arrange inspection and resolution.

• Additional work beyond standard installation may incur extra charges.
